-Kendall & Sadie-

February 22nd, 2010

A photographer’s dream these two little girls are!  I have taken pictures for this family a few times so Kendall (the older sister) knows what to expect now.  She came into the studio all dressed up, sparkly shoes and hair curled ready for her turn. She was so patient waiting for her sister.  Out of the […]

A photographer’s dream these two little girls are!  I have taken pictures for this family a few times so Kendall (the older sister) knows what to expect now.  She came into the studio all dressed up, sparkly shoes and hair curled ready for her turn. She was so patient waiting for her sister.  Out of the corner of my eye I could see Kendall practicing her dance moves.   She brought her dance outfits for last and was anxiously waiting for her performance.  I cleared the studio, turned on only one light and played Clair de Lune (for you music buffs out there).  I will never listen to that song the same again.  There is just nothing better than the innocence and the excitement of a little girl dancing her heart out.  Hope the pics melt your heart as much as they did mine.

Brothers

February 9th, 2010

When I first spotted these two boys I thought from a distance they could be twins, but nope they are 2 years apart and their personalities are pretty opposite.  However, they will both melt your heart and I am sure more hearts to come.  This was a spur of the moment shoot and how perfect […]

-Baby Aiden-

February 6th, 2010

This is an update to the Karen Expecting and New Life posting.  I was able to go out to the house and take Aiden’s official newborn portraits.  We spent alot of time getting this little one to sleep!  I don’t know, perhaps it was the large camera and flash that was inhibiting sleep, but he […]

This is an update to the Karen Expecting and New Life posting.  I was able to go out to the house and take Aiden’s official newborn portraits.  We spent alot of time getting this little one to sleep!  I don’t know, perhaps it was the large camera and flash that was inhibiting sleep, but he sure was fighting it.  Once asleep though he just looked so peaceful.  He even gave me a few smiles.  So precious!
