What a gorgeous backyard wedding Heather and Luke had a few weeks ago. Their wedding weekend spanned three days with the rehearsal Thursday evening, wedding at 9pm on Friday with a “first look” and pictures earlier in the day and a relaxed reception in the afternoon on Saturday. I remember arriving at the rehearsal and not seeing the location until that night, I was blown away with how beautiful the woods were. I just wanted to pitch my tent and stay for a while. 🙂 The entire weekend was so unique including Heather’s feather earings. They were custom made and fit her personality perfectly. There were so many other things I could talk about from the parking lot crew with VERY cool walkie-talkies, the intense game of croquet going on, sparklers, kazoos, special dances, music and a wedding video that was shown for all to see.
Heather and Luke, I loved being a part of your unique day. Your love really shines through your pictures. Makes me smile as I go through them. Thanks for everything you guys. I would also like to say a big thank you to our good and faithful blog stalker Sugeily and my Notre Dame student Elizabeth for helping me that weekend. It was so fun to have you both there.
Well done parking lot crew. Well done. 🙂
